Theoretical Orientation & Approach
My clinical experience spans over ten years and involves a wide variety of clinical issues and clients. I utilize a variety of therapy techniques and theories to make sure that the client's needs are being met with the best fit. These have included Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Art therapy.
I have strong experience in treating issues including, but not limited to, life changes, relationships, mood disorders, ADHD, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, self-harm, suicidal ideation, domestic violence, abuse, childhood trauma, schizophrenia, PTSD, attachment issues, and addressing healthy boundaries.

I believe that every person is capable of making the change they desire if they invest in doing so. I also strongly believe in using encouragement and hope-building with all my clients as part of my therapy style, which my previous clients have reported as being helpful and meaningful. I do truly enjoy counseling and want to help each of my clients leave my sessions with increased self-confidence, self-awareness, self-acceptance, and hope.
